1. Shipping
Shipments are made via national and international couriers.
2. Processing times
Orders are prepared within 24-48 business hours.
3. Delivery times
Delivery generally takes place within 2 working days in Italy.
Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
4. Shipping costs
- €6.50 for domestic shipments
- Free for orders over €70
- €10 for international shipping
5. Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery of the product, in accordance with current legislation.
6. Return conditions
Returns are accepted only if the product:
- it is intact
- it was not used
- It is in the original unopened packaging
For health and hygiene reasons, returns of opened products are not accepted.
7. Return costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Refund
The refund will be made after verifying the integrity of the returned product.
The refund will be:
- equal to the amount of the product
- excluding shipping costs
The refund will be made within 14 days of acceptance of the return.
Alternatively, a store credit can be issued, subject to agreement with the customer.
9. Digital products
For digital content (video courses):
- the right of withdrawal is excluded after accessing the content
- With the purchase, the customer accepts the loss of the right of withdrawal
10. Damaged or incorrect products
In the event of damaged or non-compliant products, the customer must contact customer service at info@metodowellbeing.it, attaching photographic documentation.
The company will, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement or refund.
